Information & Assistance we maintain a database of the services available in our 3- county area that will keep older adults and their caregivers informed about choices for their needs.

Caregiver Support we provide information, assistance, and programs for family caregivers. We provide needed services for older Adults through local agencies—and these services also Help their family caregivers by allowing them some time off from caregiving duties.

Nutrition Services through local providers, we offer lunchtime meals in many towns in our 3-coutny area. We also pay these local providers to manage home delivered meal programs and provide information on good nutrition—a crucial element in good health for older adults.

Care Management our staff members work one on one with older adults who need assistance accessing and using services that help them remain in their own homes.

Assistance Paying
for Services
as our funding allows, we are able to help those who cannot afford some basic services such as transportation, emergency response system, respite, etc.

Training & Education we offer opportunities for older people to learn about services in their area, gain information that will help them learn about health issues, personal safety, and other topics that affect quality of life.
